INVADES? DISEASE? Where and when all this is invasion and disease begin?
Folks, you can not consume 3 liters of soda and eat fast food all week and expects not having a disease.
Folks, you can not smoke 2 packs a day, stay out late at night drinking, snorting or orders in the nose and not wait for disease.
Folks, you can not eat fruits and vegetables and all foods in the USDA Food Pyramid and not expect to get a disease.
Whoa! Hold on. Hey – wait a minute – I do try to eat right and live right – what do you mean that I may still get a disease.
Back in the days of Adam and Eve that was correct. The food chain and water and clean air. But today, our fruits, vegetables, meat, water and air is so polluted – Go, do not be so surprised, you've heard it all before from many sources.
OK, you're right, but what shall we do? What is the solution??
The facts are clear and the proof is there! Generally all diseases are preventable. Again I repeat, most of all diseases are preventable.
Nutrition is a very recent science, but the study of food and its effects on the body is as old as the study of medicine. Before the 20th century, human food also his medicine herbs and plants.
Hippocrates called "the father of medicine", said that any drug was the best remedy. His motto was: "Do no harm"
Thomas Edison, remember this guy? It was not a dummy, he was as bright as a bulb. He said, "Doctors of the future will give no drugs, but the practice of nutrition."
Wow! Double WoW! Do we Americans, the richest country in this world gone so far in the opposite direction to that way of thinking!
Everything is in the process of thought, as a society, we do not want restrictions on what we eat and how we choose to live. Today, when we get a disease, just give me a pill to make it disappear. If this does not work, then cut or burn it to me, things do not ask me to change my way to live. Wow, that was me also not so long.
Folks, the way to a healthy and abundant life is not rocket science. The answers were in front of us all along. Find someone you can trust who specializes in food that can teach you to read your body's symptoms (such as your body may lack nutritional) and help you put life back into your body. It is a matter of life or death.
